These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the e2det online casino and sports betting platform, accessible at https://e2det.app. By registering an account, depositing funds, or participating in any game or wager on e2det, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to every provision stated herein. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the platform.

e2det reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these terms at any time. Any material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or an on-platform notification. Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.

1. Eligibility and Account Registration

To open and maintain an account on e2det, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. e2det strictly enforces the 21+ rule for all players. Providing false age information to gain access is a serious breach of these terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
• You must be a resident of Bangladesh or accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to verify that online gambling is permitted in your location.
• You may only hold one active account on e2det. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts along with forfeiture of any balances held therein.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and Bangladesh mobile number. e2det may request identity verification documents at any time.

2. Deposits and Withdrawals

e2det processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawal requests made on the platform:

• Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and selected bank transfer options including Dutch-Bangla Bank and BRAC Bank. Minimum deposit thresholds apply per method and are displayed on the cashier page at the time of transaction.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC) completion. Unverified accounts may have withdrawals held pending document submission. e2det aims to process approved withdrawals within 24–72 hours on business days.
• e2det does not accept third-party payments. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Withdrawals will only be returned to the same method used for the original deposit where technically possible.
• Any transaction flagged as suspicious, fraudulent, or associated with money laundering activity will result in immediate account suspension, reversal of funds, and reporting to the relevant authorities under applicable law.

3. Bonuses and Promotions

e2det offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion. Unless otherwise stated, the following general bonus rules apply across all e2det offers:

• Welcome bonuses are available to new players on their first qualifying deposit. The wagering requirement for any welcome bonus is clearly stated on the promotion page and must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonus funds and free spins credited to your account expire if not used within the stated validity period. Expired bonuses are forfeited and cannot be reinstated under any circumstances.
• e2det monitors all bonus claims for signs of abuse or exploitation. If we determine that a player is deliberately gaming bonus structures — including but not limited to placing contradictory bets to guarantee profit — we reserve the right to void the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
• Only one bonus may be active at any given time unless a specific promotion explicitly states otherwise. Players may decline a bonus by contacting support before making a qualifying deposit.

4. Fair Play and Game Rules

All games hosted on e2det use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unbiased outcomes. Sports betting markets are determined by the results of real-world sporting events, including Bangladesh Premier League (BPL) cricket matches, IPL, T20 World Cup, and other major international competitions.

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to each game or market and are visible prior to placing any wager. e2det reserves the right to void bets placed in error, in the event of a technical fault, or where there is clear evidence of an attempt to exploit a pricing error in any offered market.

5. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the e2det platform. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all funds held within the account:

• Using automated bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the platform in a manner not intended for genuine human players.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share bonus benefits across multiple accounts, or coordinate betting strategies intended to disadvantage e2det or other players.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, circumvent, or otherwise interfere with the technical infrastructure, security measures, or software underpinning the e2det platform.

6. Intellectual Property

All content available on the e2det platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, audio, video, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of e2det or its licensed third-party providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any part of the platform's content without prior written consent from e2det.
• Modify or create derivative works based on the platform's proprietary software, game mechanics, or branded assets.
• Use e2det's brand name, logo, or trademarks for any commercial purpose or in any manner that could cause confusion with the official brand.
• Use any data mining tools, crawlers, or automated gathering techniques to extract content or data from the e2det platform without express written authorisation.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. e2det collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and should be read in conjunction with them. Key data principles applied by e2det include:

• Personal data is collected solely for the purposes of account management, regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, and improving the player experience on the platform.
• e2det uses SSL encryption and industry-standard security protocols to protect your data during transmission. We do not sell or rent your personal information to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, e2det shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform. This includes but is not limited to losses arising from technical faults, server downtime, incorrect odds display, delayed bet settlement, or interrupted internet connectivity.

e2det does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We make reasonable efforts to maintain uptime and data integrity but cannot guarantee these at all times, particularly during scheduled maintenance windows or events outside our direct control.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

e2det reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision within these Terms & Conditions, including but not limited to eligibility violations, prohibited activities, or fraudulent conduct.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, identity fraud, or any other criminal activity facilitated through the account.
• A voluntary account closure request submitted by the account holder, or a self-exclusion request submitted through our Responsible Gaming tools.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising from your use of the e2det platform shall be subject to the governing law applicable in the jurisdiction under which e2det operates. e2det is committed to resolving disputes fairly and in a timely manner. In the first instance, all complaints should be directed to our customer support team, who will endeavour to reach a resolution within 10 business days.

If a complaint cannot be resolved at the first level of support, it will be escalated to a senior compliance team for further review. e2det does not engage in bad-faith dispute resolution and will provide all relevant transaction and account data to support a fair outcome.
